Born on October 2, 1966 in Starnberg, Günther is deeply connected to Bavarian tradition. His admiration for King Ludwig II is particularly noteworthy: even his great-great-grandfather Grauer was employed by the royal shipping company and personally drove the fairytale king across Lake Starnberg.

When he switched to a career in gastronomy, his musical career also began. At the opening of his first Landgasthof Jägerwirt in Neufahrn on October 2, 1993, a producer from a record company happened to be sitting in the audience and signed him to a contract that very evening.

Günther Grauer has several hundred titles in his repertoire, from popular hits to world hits, some of which were written especially for him.

Almost simultaneously, Narrhalla München e.V. chose Günther Grauer as its official carnival prince for the 2000/2001 carnival season.

After his successful performance in 2001, Günther decided to entertain illustrious guests at Bar Bistro Roy in the future.
