Every year since 2009, the Harbour Front Literature Festival has brought authors, musicians and artists from all over the world to Hamburg, transforming the port into a stage for stories and encounters. From September 20 to October 19, 2025, over 60 events at special locations - from the Elbphilharmonie to the Oberhafenquartier - invite you to premieres, readings, talks and concerts. A festival full of literature, music and inspiration that will turn Hamburg into a vibrant city of world literature for four weeks.
