Berlin, get ready! From June 27 to 29, 2025, Kreuzbergstraße will once again be transformed into a vibrant hotspot of music, art and culinary delights. The Kreuzberg Festival is celebrating 31 years and promises an unforgettable open-air experience in the heart of the capital again this year!

Three days, three stages, countless beats

Kreuzberg stands for diversity - and this is also reflected in the line-up. Whether jazz, blues, world music, hip-hop, rock, reggae or electro beats - over 60 artists will provide a thrilling music program on three stages. A special highlight: the new electro stage brings Berlin club vibes directly to the street!

For world music fans, the stage of the renowned Kreuzberg record label Piranha is a must. International artists who reflect Berlin's musical diversity perform here. Friday kicks off with the Kreuzberg Musical Action, which brings talented up-and-coming musicians to the stage.

More than music - street market & food variety

In addition to the sounds of the city, there is plenty to discover: around 120 market stalls offer handmade design, fashion, art and lifestyle products. Culinary delights will be just as colorful - there will be specialties from all over the world at around 50 food stalls.

"Not only our artists are international - our traders and restaurateurs also bring the spirit of Kreuzberg to the streets," says the organizer Kreuzberg-Festival e.V.

The Kreuzberg Festival is more than just a street festival - it is a tribute to Berlin's culture, diversity and creative attitude to life. District Mayor Clara Herrmann emphasizes: "This festival brings people together, creates encounters and shows how lively Kreuzberg is."

From the beginnings to a mega festival

What began in 1994 as the "Bergmannstraßenfest" has grown into Berlin's largest open-air music festival. Since 2019, it has been taking place in Kreuzbergstraße - with even more program, more variety and more heart for the district.
