The "KUFA" in Moabit (official name of the association: Kulturfabrik Lehrter Straße 35 e.V.) is a socio-cultural center in non-profit sponsorship with over 30 years of history. Socio-cultural events and exhibitions are held here, children and young people are supported and a café/bar is run as a social meeting place. The listed building at Lehrter Str. 35 is largely maintained and managed by the "KuFa" on a voluntary basis. As an umbrella association, the "KUFA" also enables the other associations housed in Lehrter Str. 35 and its vicinity (cinema: Filmrausch Moabit e. V., music club: Slaughterhouse e. V., theater: Fabriktheater Moabit e. V., workshop: 35 services e. V.) to carry out their diverse cultural, artistic, social, musical and sustainable work.
