The Kulturforum Witten operates in a network of cultural institutions and venues. The city's former cultural office includes the Märkisches Museum, the library, the city archive, the music school, the cultural office and, with the Saalbau and Haus Witten, two flexible performance venues. They are the stage for comedy, drama, children's theater, musicals, classical concerts and, among other things, the annual venue for the renowned Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik.

With our program, our institutes and business divisions as well as around 100 employees, we stand for a lively cultural life in a medium-sized city in an urban location in the Ruhr region.
