Kulturinsel Moabit is a group organized on a voluntary basis that has been initiating cultural events and promoting civic engagement for over a decade. Our aim is not only to make cultural diversity visible, but also for everyone to experience it - especially through music.

Our centerpiece is the Fête du Seeee festival at the Tegelsee lido. Here we combine music, art and community in an open atmosphere - driven by passion rather than perfection. All artists and contributors work on a voluntary basis.

We see culture as a fundamental human right and believe that genuine participation is only possible if origin, status or professionalism do not play a role. We consciously focus on a mixed, diverse cast - both on and off stage.

Kulturinsel Moabit stands for encounters, exchange and living diversity. We offer a stage to a wide variety of voices - in the truest sense of the word - and together we create a colorful, vibrant Moabit.
