A pile of art, sights and sounds is piling up in the north of Dortmund. The Kunsthaufen-Kollektiv e.V. invites you to SALON ART every 4th Friday at the Langer August cultural center. In addition to musical openers, there are scenic, lyrical or choreographic contributions, accompanied by changing exhibitions by local artists. Entrust your fate to the wheel of fortune or become part of the collective typewriter poetry; everything can, nothing has to 😉

The collective is made up of freelance artists from the visual and performing arts. It involves individuals interested in art in temporary collaborations, whereby it relies on a solidary, grassroots democratic way of working. Diverse artistic perspectives combine socio-political themes and autobiographical elements through aesthetic practice: Dadaist elements, choreographic movement formats, sound information, interventions in public space, classical theater components, spatial installations and media art.
