The riding club LRV Tegel e.V. at Waidmannsluster Damm 10 was founded in 1984. The LRV Tegel is particularly attractive for young riders. The riding club has many committed members, of which around 60% are active riders and 40% are parents and guardians who are very involved in the riding club. We are able to accept around 20-30 new members each year.

The declared purpose of the riding club is to give children and young people from lower-income families access to riding. The club aims to be a contact point for young people who are enthusiastic about equestrian sports and to convey social values together with sporting aspects. The many awards we have received for our youth work prove that we live up to this claim.

Our club grounds are a green oasis in the middle of the big city of Berlin. With our popular events such as the Riding Day or the Open Day, we make this area accessible to many interested people and even neighbors are often amazed at what a great idyll has been created here and is maintained and embellished with a lot of love. The location of the riding club is very convenient and easy to reach by bike, car and public transport. There is a bicycle stand for bicycles in the yard. Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are not a problem (please do not park or stop in front of the gate).
