We work as trainers, coaches and speakers.

Since FLINTA* people are kept small due to patriarchal social structures, we create more space for you and your development - literally and in your head.

Our workshops create space for reflection, exchange and development. We work interactively, with attitude and a focus on empowerment, resilience and collaboration.

MAKE SPACE combines scientifically sound methods with a feminist attitude, an intersectional perspective and many years of experience in educational work, process support and organizational development.
