We are partners in life and in our work and create spaces for personal growth in Frankfurt - through IOPT constellations, transformative events and spaces for exchange and experience.

Maria Ravariu has a bachelor's degree in psychology, an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coaching training and an IoPT (Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory) training with Franz Ruppert in Munich. She works independently as a psychological counselor, ICF life coach and IoPT facilitator online and in Frankfurt. In addition to her practice, she is also active online, passionately involved in various projects, promotes reflection and authentic encounters and organizes regular, free spaces for personal exchange and growth.

Dieter Jakob is a coach, mentor and curator of the Abenteuer Mensch Foundation, which promotes human growth and mental well-being. He also has an IoPT training according to Franz Ruppert and has been intensively involved in psychology, healing and personal development for over 10 years. His main job is as General Manager/Sales Manager in the SAP division of a large corporation with responsibility for Europe. He is also involved online, with challenges, courses and regular meetings for personal development.

Our why: We both believe that the world can become a better place and that each of us can contribute to this. Nobody can change the whole world, but everyone can do their bit and make it a little better bit by bit. This is precisely why we are passionately involved in various projects. Our desire is to help ensure that our children and future generations grow up in a world that is characterized by more humanity and compassion. That we have done what is in our power to do.

"Healed" and happy people do not hurt other people, but radiate outwards and inspire those around them in a natural way.
