The online music journal MELODIVA is published by the Frauen Musik Büro Frankfurt; it is supported by the association "Frauen machen Musik e.V.", which has been in existence since 1984. The Frauen Musik Büro promotes, presents, supports and networks female* musicians in the popular music sector in order to counteract the under-representation of female* instrumentalists and composers in particular and to give them a platform in the public eye.
