The Monheim Triennale is a new international music festival in Monheim am Rhein, which aims to document groundbreaking artistic positions in contemporary music. 16 artists were invited to develop their own projects and to shape the program according to their ideas - in different constellations several times and with the possibility to invite even more artists.

Among others, the American folk singer Sam Amidon, the artist duo Dálava with Julia Úhlela and Aram Bajakian, the New York saxophonist Lakecia Benjamin, concept and sound pioneer Marcus Schmickler, bassist Robert Landfermann in a duo with harpist Kathrin Pechlof, saxophonist Ingrid Laubrock from New York and drummer Greg Fox.
