Drawing on my experience as a chocolate expert—having tasted over 2,500 bars—I work exclusively with high-quality chocolates from a wide variety of regions around the world in my tastings. These chocolates are known for their exceptional flavor profiles and, at the same time, ensure that local cocoa farmers are fairly compensated.
