MusicMatch - Music for a New Society

MusicMatch, the conference and festival for pop culture in Saxony, returns in 2026 with fresh ideas and a clear stance. Under the motto "Music for a New Society", the format is once again dedicated to the question of how music reacts to social change - and sets impulses itself. In panels, workshops and talks, artists, organizers and interested visitors will come together to discuss the present and future of the music scene.

Due to the ongoing renovation of the scheune on tour, MusicMatch will once again take place this year at the Chemiefabrik Dresden, one of the liveliest places in Dresden's subculture.

Over two days, you can expect a varied program of live concerts, discussions and exchanges that will bring pop culture to life and open up new perspectives at the same time. Among others, The Toten Crackhuren im Kofferraum, Ebow, Sharon and many other exciting acts will be performing.

Tickets for the evening concerts are available online from October 22 at the scheune-Tixforgigs-Ticketshop as well as at Saxticket and the Konzertkasse Dresden.
