The Neues Amt Altona (NAA) is a holistic real estate project geared towards the common good, which is currently being made possible by more than 330 cooperative members and will be used jointly from the opening.

It is an example of sustainable and collaborative urban development and consists of a studio building in the old Altona tax office, a co-working space in the new wooden building and a public first floor.

The NAA will open its doors in spring 2026!
