OUR BASE

We are a non-profit cultural association with the vision of organizing techno events in Hattingen and the surrounding area. We want to capture the charm of the Ruhr region and offer local artists a platform.
Community, creativity and a respectful party culture are our focus.

OUR MISSION

For us, techno is more than music. Techno connects people and generations. Despite great demand, there is often a lack of local offerings with a real identity. This is exactly where we want to start and create a space for art, culture and community.

OUR GOAL

With the Pausenraum, we want to create something of our own - far from the mainstream. And with love for Hattingen and the Ruhr region. Our aim is to establish a recurring event format. Having the city of Hattingen and the LWL Museum Henrichshütte as partners in this endeavor confirms our intention and gives us confidence,
confirms our plans and gives us confidence for the future.
