For nearly 30 years now, Pavement Records has been known as a trusted partner for artists, media outlets, and retail partners. In the “background music” segment, we are among the companies with the highest market share, yet we remain open to all musical genres.

Our roster includes, among others, long-established bands such as “Paveier” and “Bläck Fööss,” rising stars in the dialect music scene like “Kasalla,” and newcomer bands such as the a cappella group “Alte Bekannte” and “Kempes Feinest,” who are signed to Pavement Records. Pavement Records is also known for compiling compilations such as “Karneval der Stars,” which have consistently ranked high on the German sales charts. Our in-house distribution is highly regarded in the industry for its reliability and speed and is another cornerstone of our success. 

One way Pavement Records differs from the major labels in our industry is that we offer everything under one roof. Sound recordings can be made in our two modern studios. The entire planning and execution of marketing, cover design, and ultimately distribution take place at our offices in Bergisch Gladbach-Bensberg. This ensures short communication channels, flexibility, and quick decision-making with a small, highly motivated team.
