About bridging into our vaults

What stories survive when documents disappear, when lives go unrecorded, and when entire communities are excluded from official histories?

bridging into our vaults is a transnational performance collective connecting Nepal and Germany through dance, drag, theater, and collective storytelling. Our work begins where traditional archives reach their limits: in bodies, memories, relationships, gestures, and voices. We believe that trans histories do not only live in documents and institutions. They are carried through generations, embodied in daily practices, hidden in family stories, friendships, dance moves, and acts of survival.
Through collaborative artistic processes, we create spaces where these histories can be shared, reimagined, and celebrated. Working across borders, languages, and artistic disciplines, biov brings together trans artists, performers, and community members to explore questions of memory, belonging, loss, and joy.

With It wasn't just Stonewall. we created our first collaborative performance in Kathmandu in 2025. The night was kind to us. is our second performance.
