The Pferdebachtal parkrun is a free, weekly 5 km run for participants of all levels, which takes place here every Saturday at 9:00 am: Rombergpark/Pferdebachtal - Gisbert von Romberg Berufskolleg parking lot - Hacheneyer Str. 185 - 44265 Dortmund.

parkrun offers an opportunity for the whole local community, regardless of age and gender, to come together regularly, enjoy nature and be physically active. We want to encourage people to walk, jog, run or volunteer together - everyone really can take part and the best part is that it's free!

Taking part is easy - just sign up before your first parkrun. The brilliant thing is that you only have to do it once! Then you just set your alarm for Saturday morning and get to the start.

So, whether you're a complete newbie and want to start your own running story or a regular participant and want to use parkrun as part of your training plan, you're welcome to join us.
