The Import Export Festival is back!

From August 4th to September 9th we present local and international artists of experimental pop music. We celebrate the overcoming of borders for a festival of hybrid cultures. What you will hear is not world music, but global contemporary music, as a progressive expression of a changing world.

The festival has been called PHRE since 2023. Inspired by Afrofuturist Sun Ra, who resisted genre boundaries. Instead, he preferred the new creation PHRE - the music of the sun.
