I am Gesine - Breathwork Facilitator from Cologne and I will accompany you on this journey where you can remember who you really are. With PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® and Conscious Connected Breathwork, sound and a lot of heart.

In my sessions, you breathe yourself free layer by layer. You dive into your body, into your subconscious, into what has been dormant for a long time.
We work with the breath, with music, with energy - gently and wildly at the same time.
Sometimes loud, sometimes quiet. Sometimes ecstatic, sometimes very soft. Everything is allowed to be there. You can be there.
