Painting, perceiving, discovering yourself is an introduction for anyone who would like to try out exercises inspired by art therapy, without any previous knowledge.

We work with image, color, form and simple intuitive exercises. The aim is not to achieve a perfect artistic result, but to experience how creative work, perception and reflection work together.

The workshop combines playful approaches with joint reflection in a clear, calm setting. It is aimed at people who are curious about images, creative processes and self-awareness and would like to find a more conscious approach to themselves through creative activity.

No previous artistic knowledge required.
