SUNSET DISCO stands for positivity, for an all-ages dance and party experience that has its musical roots in the disco sound of the 70s and 80s, often picking up on this with modern edits and reworks, and leading up to the house music of the 90s and 2000s.

A "Sunset Disco Party" by hosts DJ BK (Bastian Krolzig) and his wife Jay-Kay (Jasmin Kiauka) has already taken place 5 times. The Kalt.Weiss.Trocken. was home four times, and in February there was a club edition at BORA on Dellplatz!

For the next, sixth event, the first Ibiza Beach Party at the Mezzomar Beach Club on 05.07.25 (Seehaus Wedau), Duisburg event guru Jens Thiem (Plattenküche, Ultraschall) is now supporting the couple with the planning and implementation.

Balearic rhythms and beats under the open sky, sunshine and sand between your toes, a small hippy market and Ibizan snacks promise an authentic Ibiza-style party!

The highlight and an important part of the concept of the SUNSET DISCO parties has always been the high-quality guest artists. So far, the couple has been able to attract well-known (also international) artists and DJs such as Delfonic (Berlin), DJ Mossy (Wuppertal), Jupp Götz (Duisburg), Suki Soul (UK) & Greg Middleton (UK) for the events and offer the Duisburg party people a varied program.

In addition to the hosts DJ BK & Jay-Kay (who are on everyone's lips thanks to their own "Women For Women" party series), the English DJ, producer and label boss "Moodena" will be flying in on 05.0.725.

The likeable Londoner runs the very successful dance label "Tropical Disco Records", was the "Traxsource Nu-Disco Artist of the Year" in 2019, produces, remixes and DJs at the coolest parties worldwide ("Elrow Island" in Croatia, "Little Discoteque" at Lio in Ibiza, "Ministry of Sound" in London, "Heideglühen" in Berlin).
