The Swim Race Series: where passion meets responsibility

The Swim Race Series in Dortmund is more than just a series of swimming competitions. For years, we have been setting standards for emotional sporting events and sustainable swimming at the traditional Südbad Dortmund. Whether at the legendary Swim Race Days, the Classic Line or the atmospheric X-MAS Edition - we offer swimmers of all levels a stage that goes far beyond the classic "lane pulling".

Competition atmosphere redefined

Our aim is to make the fascination of swimming tangible. With professional light shows, thrilling finals formats and a rousing backdrop, we create an environment that is otherwise only known from international championships. We promote junior sport in NRW and at the same time offer top athletes the perfect infrastructure on the 50m track to chase their best times.

Pioneers in sustainability in sport

As organizers of the Swim Race Series, we are aware of our ecological responsibility. We are one of the first swimming events in the German-speaking world to pursue a consistent sustainability concept:

• Waste avoidance: We largely avoid single-use plastic and rely on digital protocols instead of paper floods.
• Recycling: Our participant wristbands and lanyards are designed for reuse.
• Regional partners: We prefer to work with local suppliers in order to minimize the CO2 footprint through short transport routes.
