tanz.tausch - dance and performance festival cologne 31.08.-02.09.2023

After the first tanz.tausch festival from June 23-25 in Mönchengladbach, we are looking forward to this year's Cologne festival edition from August 31-September 02, 2023.

10 years is always a good time to look at what has been and what could come.

In Cologne this year there will be a "small but nice" festival edition at the Tanzfaktur, which will again fully focus on the exchange between the network partners:inside and Cologne artists:inside .A total of 8 productions will be presented in double and triple bill evenings (indoor and outdoor), as well as (digital) installations and films in and around the Cologne Tanzfaktur.

For the Cologne festival edition we have also decided to invite external co-curators in the future - we are happy that Marje Hirvonen, Cologne choreographer and dancer, has accepted the invitation for the 2023 festival edition.

We will also break new ground in the accompanying program with tanz.talks under the direction of Maren Zimmermann, let yourself/be surprised!
