But the real question isn’t which technologies are coming our way, but rather what skills we as people need to cope with these changes.

It is precisely this conviction that gave rise to the Future Skills Conference.

We want to bring together people from business, education, science, government, and civil society who are willing to take responsibility and not just observe the future, but help shape it. The conference creates a space for new perspectives, inspiring ideas, and meaningful connections—across industries and disciplines.

Our goal is not to provide ready-made answers. We want to ask questions, spark new ideas, and connect people who want to work together toward a sustainable society.
