As a yoga teacher with a 200h YTTC training in Rishikesh and over 500+ guided classes, I combine body awareness, breathing and heart intelligence to create an atmosphere where strangers feel familiar within minutes.

I facilitate workshops that combine depth and lightness. Spaces where we can emerge without masks, show ourselves and experience true connection.

At Conscio Coffee Club, I invite people to come with an open heart: curious, present and ready to be touched.
