Walls Can Dance is northern Germany's largest open-space gallery for urban art: it comprises over 20 large-scale murals spread across Hamburg city center and Hamburg.

Walls Can Dance is far more than just façade art. The project builds bridges: In Harburg, rail and car routes separate the city center from the inland port. The works of art visually connect the two sides. New murals are created every fall. To mark the occasion, there is a free accompanying program designed to bring Harburg and the rest of the city closer together socially - with open-air cinema, art tours, hands-on activities and much more.
