Weltkonzerte

We at WELTKONZERTE have been organizing world music and classical concerts throughout Germany since 2006. We offer a wide range of concert experiences and give our musicians the opportunity to present themselves on renowned stages in the German music scene.

One of the agency's long-standing partners is, for example, the founder of Four Styles and well-known fingerpicker in the European music scene, Ian Melrose. Fado ao Centro, who continue and deepen the 150-year-old fado tradition from the Portuguese city of Coimbra, are also among them. Each concert season, WELTKONZERTE takes on new ensembles and themes. The repertoire ranges from flamenco, tango and fado to klezmer and throat singing.

Cooperation with agencies such as Jaro Medien (Huun Huur Tu) or Music Contact (Akkordeonale) is also encouraged in order to realize new projects.

Our trademark is our musical diversity, which ranges from various world music styles to classical music. Together with both long-standing and new partners, we develop a variety of national and European programs in the field of chamber music as well as orchestral and choral concerts every year.

We attach particular importance to providing the perfect concert setting for our artists - especially when it comes to finding a suitable venue. Well-known concert halls such as the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg and the Gewandhaus in Leipzig as well as sacred buildings such as St. Luke's Church in Dresden and the French Cathedral in Berlin are among our regular agency partners. We always pursue the highest goal of presenting our audience with an all-round successful concert evening. In addition to the atmosphere of the hall and the musical performance, personal contact with the concert guests is a top priority here.
