A service agreement against bullying and BOSSING is probably quite a novelty in Germany. Work-Watch was involved in this and we hope that the employees of a large rehabilitation clinic in Baden-Württemberg will be better able to protect themselves against a particularly perfidious type of employer attack. The example could set a precedent. That is why we are presenting the service agreement here. We would be happy to help you draw up similar agreements.
