You can attend open yoga classes spontaneously as a drop-in or via the booking system: when, where and as often as you want. Arrive. Join in. The booking system helps us to ensure that everyone gets a place on the mat, and you can cancel at any time at no extra cost. We have a Yoga Video On Demand offer for you to watch at home, so you are independent of time for your yoga practice.

VARIOUS program: Choose from our offer what suits you and your needs best. In addition to the regular open course program, we offer a variety of courses for special needs: Yoga during pregnancy, regenerative yoga, yoga for the back, traditional and modern philosophical yoga, as well as physically challenging classes for experienced practitioners. We offer events for trained yoga teachers and yoga practitioners (m/f/d) who would like to delve deeper into topics.

RELIABILITY | Open yoga classes take place with a minimum of 3 participants, closed prevention classes once a week. We have been certified by all statutory health insurance companies since 2002.
