ZUHÖREN.DRAUSSEN 🧡 is a volunteer initiative that connects citizens by listening to each other in public spaces. Across all social classes, milieus, cultures and generations.

With around 100 volunteer listeners, we are regularly active in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area 🏙️. We meet people where they are - in public places, parks, markets and other open meeting spaces. 🌳✨ There are 15 ZUHÖR.Bänke 🪑 in Düsseldorf , where the volunteers take a seat and invite passers-by to sit down and talk to each other.

As volunteer listeners trained by experts, we are not commercially or religiously motivated. Instead, we are inspired by the idea of building bridges AGAINST exclusion, hatred, loneliness and division with ZUHÖREN.DRAUSSEN for MORE exchange and MORE togetherness FOR a culture of dialog. 🧡
