Concerts with symphonic wind music at the highest level in the state capital of Saxony - that's what the Dresdner Bläserphilharmonie stands for!

In several concerts each year, the Dresdner Bläserphilharmonie performs classical to contemporary wind music in original instrumentation as well as in arrangements. In doing so, it remains true to its basic concept - to perform the new and to snatch the old from the past. It is constantly working on the most beautiful thing a symphonic wind orchestra can offer - the intoxicating, unique sound. This makes the medium of the wind orchestra a special musical genre, consisting of the fusion of the most diverse sound registers. In this way, the orchestra manages to pamper the ears of its listeners time and time again with harmonious sounds and touch the heart with musical passion.
