Explain Colours (Münster):
Explain Colours combine nostalgic 80s synth aesthetics with contemporary pop production, while drawing on influences from EDM, metal and Münster's techno-influenced club scene. The result is a sound that evokes familiarity and at the same time surprises with its cross-genre energy. The trio emerged from a DIY project in Münster in 2023 and developed a sound that the band themselves call 2080s Pop: nostalgic synthesizers inspired by the 80s and 90s, combined with modern pop production and the energy of metal and EDM.
