In search of their musical roots, the four individual instrumentalists of JAZZ AGAINST THE MACHINE race through nirvana on the Blue Train. In love with the power of contrasts, their sound is where hardness meets sensitivity, where simple yet top-notch rock is effortlessly paired with elevator jazz. Cheerfulness always carries a tear in its buttonhole. This leads to an "original witches' brew" (Rheinpfalz) of strangely groovy interpretations of works by 90s rock bands such as Soundgarden and Sepultura. JAZZ AGAINST THE MACHINE transform rock songs from the 90s into their very own jazz sound. They landed a YouTube hit with their version of the Rage Against the Machine classic "Bombtrack". With more than 4,000,000 views, they are probably Germany's most clicked jazz band.
