In the artist's words:

KADAVAR stand for powerful heavy psychedelic rock from Berlin - somewhere between stoner rock, proto-metal and the spirit of the 70s, but with a sound that has long outgrown pure retro nostalgia. Since its formation in 2010, the band led by Christoph "Lupus" Lindemann, Christoph "Tiger" Bartelt and Simon "Dragon" Bouteloup has made a name for itself internationally; Jascha Kreft joined the line-up on guitar and keyboards in 2023. With their seventh studio album "I Just Want to Be a Sound", KADAVAR open up their sound even further: rocking anthems, psychedelic depth, epic moments and a palpable desire for change meet the raw energy for which the band is known live.
