Have Kind Kaputt just woken up from a nightmare or is it simply the real life self that needs to be sorted out? In their new songs, the band from Leipzig does away with destructiveness and has the courage to point the finger. A step with which the quartet not only gains a new clarity thematically, but also finds a completely new sound in beating out the thicket of life. Analogous to the more straightforward lyricism, the new Kind-Kaputt sound is almost straightforward and at the same time more independent than ever. Music that cannot erase the burdens of everyday life, but reaches out to you when things seem hopeless.
