Statement rap bangers, dance hits and a lot of hunger - that's what the Dortmund rap collective PATINA RECORDS stands for. The artists impress with their variety of influences and backgrounds, which are innovatively combined to create a sound that is second to none and should not be missing from any playlist. Here, ignorant new wave meets OG German rap, techno meets the 80s and catchy hooks meet bars that are just waiting to be immortalized in social media captions. A constellation that, despite their differences, pursues a common vision that constantly scratches at the ravages of time without blindly following them.
