Reis Against The Spülmachine
In the artist's words:
The music-comedy duo REIS AGAINST THE SPÜLMACHINE, consisting of Onkel
Hanke (Hanke Blendermann) and Don Filippo (Philipp Kasburg), has become
known throughout Germany for their rousing stage show and brilliantly funny song parodies
that are guaranteed to get stuck in your head. With two acoustic guitars, two voices, and plenty of
oomph, they put many a rock band in the
and have been shaking up the live music scene for many years.
Whether at their solo shows, on comedy programs like “NightWash” or “Olafs Club,” or at
rock festivals like “Rock am Ring,” “Open Flair,” or “Rock am Beckenrand,” on
cabaret stages or vacation islands—everywhere the duo strikes just the right chord
and get the crowd fired up. Before long, everyone here is singing and clapping along.
A great time is guaranteed!
Most recently, they made a lasting impression as the opening act for the band Versengold on their “Lautes
Gedenken Tour 2024” through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Meanwhile,
their self-penned Malle hit “Hast Du Saufen mal probiert?”—which has been streamed millions of times—
dominated every party playlist in the summer of 2024.
Whether it’s AC/DC or Blümchen, a ballad or a rock song—Philipp Kasburg and Hanke
Blendermann demonstrate their musical versatility, moving effortlessly through all genres with two-part
arrangements and interactive entertainment. And word has
word has now gotten around. Along the way, they present unexpectedly funny lyrics: The Beach
Boys go “Drinking by a Lake” and Westernhagen lives “Villenlos” on the street.
REIS AGAINST THE SPÜLMACHINE simply belong on stage, because a concert by
two of them is an unforgettable event that leaves you happy at the end of the evening and
the desire to do it all over again. Why? Because they bring people together through music and
humor, don’t take themselves or their audience too seriously, yet never cross the line
.
