In the artist's words:

SUBRESIDUOSis a 77-punk rock band that was founded in Las Palmas on Gran Canaria in the early 80s.They are a Canarian legend and are also part of the film that we are showing at the Werkstattkino.
Since then, they have given numerous concerts on all the Canary Islands and were the first band to play in the Salto del Negro prison on Gran Canaria and to open the CC Centrum.
In 2010, the band got back together to record a single and two CDs and are currently recording their fourth album.
