🍷✨ Vinoga - your wine yoga experience

Vinoga is not a classic yoga class. It is an invitation to consciously combine movement and enjoyment: You roll out your mat, breathe consciously, move your body and have a glass of wine in your hand. This session creates space for lightness, community and a real sense of experience - without any pressure to perform or perfect yoga.

I am Nadine - yoga teacher, event designer and pleasure-seeker. My mission is to take yoga out of the performance and perfection corner and bring it into real life. Yoga should be light, fun and bring people together - this is exactly how Vinoga - Wine & Yoga came about.

Courses and events

Schedule of a 60-minute Vinoga session

We start with a relaxed welcome and a first toast together. We sharpen our senses with a short, playful mindfulness exercise: for the moment and for the wine.

Then we flow through creative "wine asanas": gentle yoga movements with glass in hand, small sips in between and guaranteed one or two wobbly surprises. Laughter is allowed here. Perfection is expressly not the goal.

At the end, we enjoy a relaxed final round, toast together once again and take time to chat and take souvenir photos.

Wine and yoga mats are provided - just come as you are.

My sessions are designed so that anyone can take part, regardless of age, fitness level or yoga experience.

Team events and private events

Not bowling or an escape room again.

Are you looking for an event that people will still be talking about the next day?
I offer private events and team events: from company parties and team building to birthdays and hen parties. Vinoga brings people together in a playful way - with yoga, wine and a good dose of humor.

The mixture of movement, enjoyment and community immediately creates a relaxed atmosphere, even in groups that do not yet know each other. You can laugh, wiggle and clink glasses. No pressure to perform, no awkward games to get to know each other, just a shared experience with character.

Each event is individually tailored to your group and creates exactly what good events need: genuine connection, a good atmosphere and memories that last.
