WHT?!

In the artist's words:

WHT?! - is a German band founded in 2019, consisting of the three musicians & producers Saenda, Johnny and Clingony. The band emerged from the studio project "WHTDFNK", which was started as a homage and interpretation/further development of the disco, funk & soul era (70s80s), the "Golden Era" of hip hop (90s2000s) and the rock era (from 1990) by Alexander Lück and Johannes Arzberger as a heart project. After their first own productions, it was none other than Flo Mega who first discovered the potential of the boys, took them on his 2019 tour as a support act and featured them on his LP (at that time still under the name "WHTDFNK"). After a long period of consideration, they wanted to turn the project into something serious and the first scene experts, bookers and fans became aware of the project, so they decided to relaunch the project under the name "WHT?!". "WHT?!" is an abbreviation for many names. According to the band, it is currently mostly used as an abbreviation for "We help animals".
