In the artist's words:

My main focus is on us humans and our movements - so I drew nudes for many years and now almost exclusively live dance/performances. As I am passionate about dancing myself, I am just as passionate about drawing dance.

Sometimes I stand on the sidelines as a spectator, other times I get to move and draw in the middle of the dancers - such as during CocoonDance rehearsals at the Theater im Ballsaal Bonn or at impro jams.

For over 20 years, I have also been working on the subject of war and the physical and psychological consequences for those affected and subsequent generations. Epigenetics can prove that (war) trauma is passed on in the genome. I have already given many readings on this topic, including at the Ulm Peace Days, and developed a large multimedia project entitled "Daughter - Mother - Grandmother", which was exhibited in Cologne.
