We think there are few things better than exploring a city - especially if you don't have to dig deep into your pockets. Cologne, a city full of history, culture and a lively atmosphere, offers just that: free experiences for an unforgettable weekend. Because on ⏰ April 6 and 7, the Discover Cologne Day will take place for the fifth time. Whether you're new to the city or have lived here for ages, you'll get to know Cologne in a very special way. VisitKöln has worked hard to offer you a varied program ranging from art and music to the culture of the Büdchen.
What can you expect this weekend?
More than 30 free city tours and experiences spread across the city. Whether on foot or by bike, from Rodenkirchen to Weiden, there is something for everyone to discover. What's particularly exciting is that many of the tours and experiences have been developed in collaboration with local communities and partners. This not only gives you an insight into Cologne's tourist attractions, but also into the diversity and creativity of the local people.

Did you already know? 👀 The wohngemeinschaft is not only a well-known bar, but also a versatile place that houses a design hostel, a meeting space and a theater. On Discover Cologne Day, you can experience all of this for the first time on an interactive and fun quiz tour - and it's completely free!
