Dear companies, dear HR managers, dear interested parties,

We cordially invite you to the 12th Women's Business Forum - women2BUSINESS on September 3, 2024. The cooperative event of the Düsseldorf and Mettmann District Competence Center for Women and Work and the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce has been one of the largest women's business events in the region for years. Under the motto "More female, more diverse, more sustainable - a breath of fresh air for the economy", we focus on human diversity in the world of work and the associated opportunities and advantages.

Because companies benefit from diversity. And so we want to know which different target groups companies could consider in their search for well-trained specialists - and what actually makes this so difficult. Because the potential is there! We want to discuss, formulate strategies and take a more relaxed and curious look into the future .

The keynote speech will be given by Annette Grabbe, Spokeswoman of the Executive Board, Labor Director and Chief Financial Officer of Rheinbahn AG, the largest transport company in the Rhine-Ruhr transport network. This will be followed by two exciting panel discussions with experts from the field entitled "Overcoming borders: How attractive are we for international (female) specialists?" and "Diversely successful: women, AI and corporate culture in focus".

Longer breaks will provide plenty of time for networking and exchange. Various networks and institutions will be represented with an information stand.
