For the first time, we are launching our new FOCUS series. This time it's all about women & FLINTA people who create and shape our IT & tech bubble and are role models for many other people. With three talks on different topics - we promote women* on stage! Here you will get a colorful bag of lectures, food for thought in the most diverse directions and a round of guests that is at least as wild as it is warm.

🗣️ Karin Geisendörfer - Product Management Lead & Customer Success Lead at Honestly MT GmbH

With positions at Henkel, Philips and Siegwerk, among others, Karin has broad experience in digital transformation - from strategic realignment to operational implementation. Her focus is on the question of how companies not only measure employee engagement, but really make it usable.
As Product Management & Customer Success Lead at Honestly, she combines strategic product development with genuine customer proximity and works to derive concrete decisions and measurable impact from feedback and data.
Karin designs products at the intersection of tech, HR and corporate culture - with a clear ambition: not just to build tools, but to make organizations more agile, clearer and more effective.


🗣️ Lisa Brauer - Managing Director digihub Digital Innovation Hub Düsseldorf/Rhineland GmbH

Managing Director at digihub Lisa Brauer, née Siwis, not only worked as a consultant at CGI for a long time. Since 2025, she has been running the Digital Innovation Hub Düsseldorf/Rhineland together with Nadine Thees, supporting founders of numerous start-ups and thus creating new opportunities for the LHD and the future of innovation. She is currently planning the "leading B2B startup expo and conference in Germany" - the Future Tech Fest on September 10.

🗣️ Antje Krüger - Innovation & GenAI Lead
🎤 When AI becomes a teenager, who actually takes the lead?

Antje knows the professional world when there were still tapes & hierarchical structures. Today, she is responsible for strategy & development of AI & AI hubs, digital transformation and the use of GenAI at the largest digital players. In addition to riding her motorcycle and volunteering in civil protection, she studies artificial intelligence at a distance learning university.
AI is here (and here to stay). What is important? In her presentation, Antje explains why the real change brought about by AI is not technological, what the future of work could look like and what skills we need, why leadership is not only important from person to person but also from person to machine.

How do we keep our promise? Our events include three really informative, entertaining and honest talks. The clue - each speaker has exactly 12 minutes to tell his or her **story and to convey all the important content. Time is running out... Not a second longer! After that, it's your turn. Ask questions and delve deeper into the topic! And - how could it be any different? You also have 12 minutes in the Q&A session. This is followed by 12 minutes of networking so that you can catch up personally or simply refresh yourselves and be ready for the next presentation.

It's not just our job to provide you with fun, inspiration and knowledge in a unique networking environment. We love to bring people together from different backgrounds. We also provide a stage for influential non-profit ideas and sustainable projects.
