New Moon meditation & Sound Bath

We start the morning together and very consciously.
Through gentle movement and a guided meditation, you will arrive in your body and connect with your inner self.

The new moon in Aries brings with it a clear, powerful energy of new beginnings, reminding you to trust your inner voice, make courageous decisions and realign your focus.

Afterwards, you can surrender to the sounds of the crystal singing bowls in a sound bath, where the frequencies have a deep effect, calm your nervous system and open up a space for relaxation and letting go.

Afterwards, we will enjoy the specialty coffee from Kohi Coffee together in the wonderful cups from annieannie, creating space for exchange and connection.

A gentle, clear start to the day for body, mind and heart.
