On Saturday, May 9, 2026, the HAG-QUARTIER in Bremen's Überseestadt invites you to the second Manufakturmeile on the Fabrikenufer. From 10:00 to 17:00, visitors can expect a varied day of regional manufactories, culinary specialties and special insights behind the scenes.

What visitors can expect

Four Bremen manufactories are the focus of the event: Manke & Coldewey presents the concept "GoldCorn kisses ice cream like cream" with freshly produced caramel popcorn and ice cream straight from the machine. The traditional roasting company Lloyd Caffee invites you on a coffee journey through Ethiopia, Brazil and India - each variety for €1, with all proceeds going to the organization Trauerland. Live roasting processes show how aromatic roasts are created from green coffee. Brotrausch demonstrates in short demonstrations how easy it is to bake bread at home and offers tastings and direct sales of breads, stollen salts and spreads. Nusswahn presents creative snack mixes based on nuts, dried fruit and chocolate specialties.

Supporting program and culinary highlights

The offer is complemented by the Bremer Ratskeller (wines), JONIS Neapolitan Pizza from the stone oven, TwinsWaffle with individually topped waffles on a stick, the craft distillery Piekfeine Brände, the craft beer brewery Hopfenfänger, DHENTRO olive oil from Thassos, Die Schlemmerei with handmade mustard specialties and chutneys as well as the Bremer Gewürzhandel with tastings.

For families and fans

A large bouncy castle provides entertainment for the youngest guests. A special highlight is the appearance of NoGhost Germany: the Ghostbusters costume club offers a small ghost hunter training course, photo points and two faithfully reproduced Ghostbusters vehicles. A musical program accompanies the day.

Exclusive: guided tours of the historic Marble Hall

The historic marble hall of the HAG-QUARTIER will open its doors as part of the event. The free guided tours can be booked in advance online at manufakturmeile.de/fuehrungen.
