25. Japanisches Filmfestival - Nippon Connection

In the organizer's words:

From May 27 to June 1, the world's largest Japanese film festival Nippon Connection invites you to get to know and enjoy the diversity of Japanese cinema for the 25th time. During the six days of the festival, around 100 short and feature-length films of all genres will be presented, from current blockbusters to animated films and documentaries. The majority of the films will be shown as German, European or international premieres in the presence of numerous filmmakers. The cultural program also includes over 50 workshops, lectures and concerts. The festival centers Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm and Produktionshaus NAXOS will also host many Japanese market and food stalls.
