My style of teaching yoga is characterized by lovingly uniting spirituality & body knowledge. I want to create your own approach to yoga and tune your body awareness and understanding. It is very important to me to create a balance: Your body is healthily aligned, your soul is kept safe in the room and your mind receives impulses that allow you to breathe a sigh of relief in your entire BEING.
